No. All doctor and coaching consultations can be completed virtually. You’ll only need to visit our Remuera clinic in Auckland for a 2.5-hour testing day at the start of the Early Wins or Health Transformation programs.

Guided by your doctor’s plan, your coach supports you to implement the right habits, stay accountable, and adapt when challenges arise. Like an experienced hiking guide, your coach walks at your pace, helping you navigate the journey. You’ll build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to take ownership of your health — now and into the future.

Autonomy is a private program, and coverage depends on your insurance provider and your insurance policy. Some tests and consultations may be claimable. We can help you with providing your insurance provider with the detail they require.
