No. All doctor and coaching consultations can be completed virtually. You’ll only need to visit our Remuera clinic in Auckland for a 2.5-hour testing day at the start of the Early Wins or Health Transformation programs.

Our medically-led health coaching helps you turn clinical insight into lasting change. Guided by your doctor’s plan, your coach supports you to implement the right habits, stay accountable, and adapt when challenges arise. Like an experienced hiking guide, your coach walks at your pace, helping you navigate the journey. You’ll build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to take ownership of your health — now and into the future.

No. You do not require a referral from your GP or specialist.

Autonomy is best suited for adults aged 25-80 looking to improve or optimise their health, though some younger or older individuals may also benefit.

Autonomy is a private program, and coverage depends on your insurance provider and your insurance policy. Some tests and consultations may be claimable. We can help you with providing your insurance provider with the detail they require.

Yes. We offer flexible payment options to make the program accessible.

Yes! All the clinical and lifestyle tests listed in each program are included in the program cost—there are no hidden fees or surprises. We do offer tailored investigations for client specific requirements, these have additional costs attached. Refer to our testing page and program pages for more information.
