This is where it all begins. We start by listening. Then, we review your key biomarkers, assess your lifestyle habits and aspirations - always looking at the full picture of your health. It’s about identifying markers and patterns that reveal the root cause of your condition, giving you an actionable plan. If you’ve been searching for a way to take back your health, this one-hour consultation with a personal doctor and health consultant can have a lifetime of impact. WHAT'S INCLUDED: BIOMARKERS • Health history review HEALTH HABITS • Lifestyle assessment MEMBER CARE • Health and risk assessment report • Personal doctor consultation NOTE, due to this session being online we are unable to complete biomarker testing like we do in our in-person Discovery Consultations. We suggest you complete the following tests before your consultation: • Finger prick glucose • Cholesterol panel • Blood pressure • Waist circumference
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule. Email us anytime. More than 24 hours before your consultation, we'll move you at no charge. Within 24 hours, your fee carries over to the next available slot. Cancel. More than 24 hours before, full refund. Within 24 hours, your fee can be used toward a future Discovery Consultation within 90 days. No-show. If you don't attend and don't reach us beforehand, the fee can't be refunded or carried over. If something unexpected happens, reply to your booking confirmation. We'd rather have the conversation than apply a rule.
