Cancellation Policy

Reschedule. Email us anytime. More than 24 hours before your consultation, we'll move you at no charge. Within 24 hours, your fee carries over to the next available slot. Cancel. More than 24 hours before, full refund. Within 24 hours, your fee can be used toward a future Discovery Consultation within 90 days. No-show. If you don't attend and don't reach us beforehand, the fee can't be refunded or carried over. If something unexpected happens, reply to your booking confirmation. We'd rather have the conversation than apply a rule.
